We are a mountain biker’s paradise, with everything from technical single-track to the paved Rails to Trails path that connects Kimberley to Cranbrook. For hikers, the Kimberley Nature Park (one of Canada’s largest municipal parks) offers over 50km of trails just minutes away.

Within a 25-minute drive of one another, you can access seven different world-class courses, each offering unique challenges and breathtaking views of the Rockies and Purcells.
🍻 The Historic Platzl A quick 3-minute drive takes you to the heart of Kimberley: The Platzl. This pedestrian-only downtown core is home to unique boutiques, local bakeries, craft breweries, and delicious dining options. Don’t forget to visit the "Happy Hans" Cuckoo Clock!

Guests will have private, exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom home. Entry is convenient and contactless via a lockbox.
As our guest, you also receive full access to the shared Mountain Side Club, located just steps from the house. Club amenities include:
• Heated outdoor seasonal pool (available May to September)
• Large commercial hot tub (open year-round, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.)
• Fully stocked gym
• Men's and women's saunas and showers
• A large lounge with a smart TV and cable
Step into an expansive, open-concept living area where a stunning stone fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for cozy après-ski evenings. The main floor is designed for comfort and connection, flowing seamlessly from the living room to the dining area and a high-end, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
Downstairs, you'll find a second living area complete with a ping-pong table for hours of family fun. Step outside onto the back patio to use the BBQ for an evening cookout.
Our home features four private bedrooms designed for a peaceful night's rest:
• Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): King bed
• Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen bed
• Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Two bunk beds (1 Twin XL over Double XL, 1 Twin over Twin). *Please note the 175lb weight rating on top bunks.
There are 2.5 modern bathrooms:
• Main Floor Full Bath: Wheelchair-accessible shower, two sinks, toilet.
• Lower Level Full Bath: Large soaker tub, separate shower, sink, toilet.
• Main Floor Half Bath: Wheelchair-accessible toilet and sink.
A European-style washer and dryer with provided detergent are also available for your convenience.

• Accessibility: The main floor of the home is wheelchair accessible, including a bedroom, a full bathroom with a roll-in shower, and a half bathroom. Please note there is no stair lift to access the lower level.

• Smart Home Technology: For your comfort and security, this property is equipped with a Minut smart home sensor. It passively monitors volume levels to prevent noise disturbances but does NOT record audio or conversations, ensuring your privacy is 100% protected.
