There is extra parking for 7 vehicles on the left when you first enter the complex. Please park in the spots marked by the Tenant Parking Signs. NO parking of Commercial Vehicles, Trailers, or Vehicles with auxiliary fuel tanks; they are prohibited from the complex and must be parked offsite at all times. Please don't follow how other people may be parking in front of the units as the strata will issue a fine if you are parked anywhere other than what we've listed above. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This home features 3- clean, private bedrooms allowing for ultimate privacy and peaceful rest during your mountain stay. Simply decorated, you'll find the following sleeping arrangements:
Upper Level - Queen primary bedroom with incredible views overlooking the mountains, full bathroom, desk space for work. Main Level-Double pull-out couch in the living room. Lower Level - Separate bedroom with queen bed. Lower Level - Semi-private room with two bunks beds and a separate bonus space with one bunk bed (3 bunk beds total).
The beds are complimented by high-quality linens and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep.
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ You'll find 2 1/2 bathrooms fully equipped with everything you need to start your day.
Bathroom 1: Full ensuite bathroom Upper Level with a shower bath, stocked with towels, face cloths, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Bathroom 2: ½ bathroom located on the Main Level stocked with towels, face cloths, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Bathroom 3: Full bathroom Lower Level with a shower bath, stocked with towels, face cloths, toiletries, and a hairdryer.
☆☆ KITCHEN☆☆ The large kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to cook up a feast. We have provided utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker, a blender, a crockpot, a dishwasher and much more.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ If you love cooking outside, we’ve got a deck with a BBQ, outdoor furniture and a private covered hot tub. Sullivan Stone 34 is a beautiful 3-bedroom condominium/townhouse. The unit is cozy, warm and has everything you will need for that perfect family, multi-family or group getaway. Just bring some food, drinks and friends. The kitchen has all of the modern appliances you'll need, comfortable living space and great beds. It is one of the best places to stay on the hill. With a private hot tub on deck, who could ask for more?!
