“The hotel was not quite in Twin Falls so there was a bit of a drive to go to dinner. The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was fine, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful in giving directions and recommendations.”

“The room was not good in that there were rodents in the ceiling and wall scratching around all night. There was no secondary lock on the door, only the keyed lock. Felt pretty unsafe in that regard. Lighting was not very bright. VERY dated furniture and bedding. The AC did not work well. On the bright side, the price was decent for the area although not value priced considering. “When we checked in Thursday evening young lady at the front desk was smiling , helpful, and kind. She also helped us with the TV. Issue later in the evening , what a pro. The pool and hot tub were sparkling, clean and just the right temperature.. The rooms were clean and stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Good pillows too.
