“The room was described as a city view, but your view is the wall of the building across from you. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom was gross with mildew and paint peeling from the ceiling. The bathroom door doesn’t fully open and it blocks the toilet so you need to sit sideways to use it! Also, the wifi only seemed to connect down in the lobby. The location is a 7 minute walk to where you want to be, so not a far walk, but the hotel’s location is completely dark, deserted and sketchy at...

“The staff were very friendly, always helpful when we needed or asked for something. The rooms were good for the price we paid, better than I expected. They gave me a bigger room than I booked at no extra cost and even let my cousin stay in my room for 3 days at no extra cost. “we order the rooms, confirmed by Expedia by email, got We booked and paid for rooms through Expedia, received confirmation by email, and drove all the way to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told the rooms were unavailable due to an issue and that Expedia had been informed—but this was never communicated to us. ”
