Enjoy the pristine sandy beach and stunning views from this newly built (2024) home directly on Lake Huron. Ideal for those seeking a tranquil respite. The Huron House offers plenty of privacy. Located at the end of a road and on its own 285 feet of beautiful private Lake Huron frontage. The north end of the property has a cozy fire pit and sitting area. An outdoor snug lounging area and two tier sun decks are situated at the middle of the property nearby the house. Towards the southern end of the property is the Beach Shed area housing beach chairs, umbrellas and kayaks. Wooden walkways connect all areas of this property.

Huron House is three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The upper bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite to a bathroom with lake views from the shower.
The main floor bedroom has a double size bedroom and located directly next to the main floor three piece bathroom.
The third bedroom with queen size bed is located in the lower level of the house and self contained with it's own entrance and three piece bathroom.

A large, bright kitchen is open concept to the living room and dining room. The interior design style of the Huron House is modern rustic.

To help you enjoy your stay there is a Smart TV, fire pit, BBQ, and Wifi. Come and unwind in the idyllic oasis of nature and peacefulness.

There is plenty to do and see in and around Kincardine including shopping, golfing, go-carting, excellent selection of restaurants and of course, Kincardine's famous pipe band parade! Huron House is located nearby the Stoney Island Conservation Area for hiking and biking. In addition, one can easily jump onto the newly built biking path from Kincardine all the way to Inverhuron.
