Hotel a Kindred

“Dirty dishes with dried food on them in the cupboard. Hair in the bed. Front desk did nothing about it. Front desk wouldn't even print out receipt for the stay.”

“Hotel was nice overall. Took a long time to check-in bc the people in front of us reserved a room for the wrong night & staff took a long time getting that corrected. Also, our room (#101) was very loud bc there was a side door to the outdoors that was very loud when closed and their were lots of guests coming in & out of that loud door late night & early morning. Sounded like someone was opening & shutting our door all the time. Also hot tub was out of order.”

“Huge rooms and good breakfast”

“Room was clean with a nice view of downtown Fargo. Came in on a holiday and everything in the hotel (bar, restaurant, coffee shop) were closed. To add to the insult, the hotel sent me a message inviting me to enjoy these during my stay. I got to use the food credit the next morning and the staff were helpful in maximizing its value which I very much appreciated.”

“Room and facilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water in bathroom heated quickly and lighting was good for applying makeup. Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold. “Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.”

“The room was large and could be nice. The pillows were cheap foam pillows and not too nice, but other than that the room was fine. There was a bit of traffic noise. The breakfast was not very good. We went down shortly before 9 and there was very little scrambled eggs and they were dried out. There was one piece of ham and it looked like it was sitting there for a while. “Hotel was fine for our overnight stay. The only minor inconvenience was the AC. It’s set at a specific temp and couldn’t be made cooler.”

“Room 120 needs refurbished smells old and is very dark. New carpet, couch and paint would go a long way. Spa was closed (small inconvenience). . Card reader on door to room 120 needs replaced or repaired. The rest of the facilities were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
