“The staff were so kind and attentive! They realized we would be arriving very early after an overnight flight and allowed us in to the room for a much needed nap. The hotel is among the most beautiful in town. The rooftop pool provided a beautiful view and a nice way to cool off! The restaurant had a wonderful menu and we enjoyed a very nice easy meal on our arrival. ”

“Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception.”

“I am from Singapore and I am very happy with the choice I have made to choose Holiday Inn Suites Vientiane by IHG. The hotel is perfectly nice and it looks new. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. In the early morning, if you are facing the right direction , you may be able to watch the sunrise from your room at around 6 am! And that's a bonus! The staff is friendly and helpful especially a lady by the name of Ms. In. She had help me a lot during my stay here by arranging the transfer...
