“House was clean, host was great and communicates promptly. The area is central to lots of activities, however it should be noted this house is right on the busiest road in town. I was traveling with a boat and trailer, it was extremely dangerous/impossible to back in other than in the middle of the night. Host was accommodating providing off site place to park the boat to avoid this. 3’ fence in the backyard is great for keeping smaller dogs in.”

“The home is very clean and good for a family or a group of friends. The hosts were excellent communicators. If you are traveling with a person in a wheelchair, they may need help up the ramp, which is a little steep. It is a gift to have an accessible home available, and the hosts were accommodating.”

“Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house had plenty of space for our group of five families without ever feeling crowded. The large private backyard was perfect for the kids to play soccer, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings. The home was very clean, and having three refrigerators made it easy to accommodate such a large group. Communication with the host was excellent—she was very responsive and easy to reach by text. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it...

“Beautiful Setting, Significant DisappointmentsWe stayed 7 nights to celebrate our daughter's wedding. The property has a lovely setting and good potential, but fell short in several ways.**Cleanliness:** Multiple bathrooms were visibly dirty on arrival, the refrigerator had a prior guest's food inside, the grill was heavily soiled, and deck furniture required cleaning.
