When I walked into the lobby all I could think of was department store bargain basement.”

“The property is excellent; the facilities are excellent BUT some of the staff need training in hospitality especially for an exceptional property in a historic area. I have been twice in the last 3 weeks due to work, and it was the same both times. Both times, I had multiple experiences at the front desk where staff didn't even look up from what they were doing and said, "Can I help you?" with exasperated facial expressions that appeared as if I was an annoyance or chore. “Very clean and spacious rooms. Walk in showers too, no tub”

“Very large rooms, they dont clean it everyday, i appreciate the breakfast, the gym is less then essential but it is available at all times. Reception personell is very gentle. Good parking area, some stuff are vintage and the elevator doesnt work properly.”
