“This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. “Great location and view of the river. The staff were also friendly. However, the beds were hard, and the bed comforter/blanket was thin and rough. There was also a musty smell in the room, due to the building's age. The window did not open, so that didn't help with the smell or air flow. There is a desk and chair in the room, but the height of the battered chair was so low, that you couldn't use it to sit at the table (it couldn't be adjusted, either). “Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Great overnight stay while traveling. ”

“Musty and the bathroom was so humid even with the fan on. The carpet was not vacuumed. One of the key cards was not working even after taking it back to the front desk staff to get activated again ”

“While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property.”
