“We were worried about when we first pull in it looks like rough area. But we gave it a try. The staff she is so accommodating and respectful. We got room 154 facing the pool area. The room is not bad at all. There is no bugs and the bed is comfortable. It’s old hotel but clean and comfortable. And no one bother us during our stay eventhough there is a lot of people hanging out from outside. ”

“I had an absolutely horrible experience here. So bad that even though I had a room booked through the weekend, I left at 5am on my first night. I wish I could’ve left sooner. My room was awful. The floors were disgusting, the shower had black mold in the tub, the shower curtain had many stains including blood, the toilet wasn’t clean, nor was the one towel I was given. The bed was horrible too. The blankets had holes in them like someone put out their cigarettes in them. The mattress was also...

“A very unsafe and dirty hotel ”

“The room was standard for the Hampton Inn-clean and well supplied. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The breakfast was better than average – the food was hot and varied. Coffee good. I would rate it a 4.0”

“Not enough towels, towels were dirty and smelled odd. Bed sheets were dirty. After calling the front desk, I was told no extra towels and if i wanted new clean ones to bring her the dirty ones. No extra pillows, no extra blanket. Staff wanted to argue. Parking lot had loud people drinking and partying. Terrible hotel.”

“Stanza e struttura con moquette, vecchiotta. Odore non gradevole in stanza. Molto gentili Colazione sufficiente: waffle (che ognuno si deve fare), yogurt, formaggio confezionato, cereali, omelette e salsiccia, muffin. Pane testator, marmellate e frutta.”

“Some of these five star reviews must be bots. Wasn’t expecting a 5 star property, but no matter the budget, cleanliness should be priority. Upon check in, the sheets were dirty, the fridge in the kitchen was black with mold, and there were roaches IN the room. If the hotel cannot manage the cleanliness of the kitchenette and is now harboring roach infestation, then they need to do something about that design. It’s a health issue. Absolutely appalling. ”

“La struttura si presenta vecchia e mal manutentata. All'arrivo il personale e' stato molto disponibile, mentre le mattine seguenti sia durante la colazione che alla partenza molto distaccato, se non bastasse ci hanno chiesto di saldare il costo gia' in precedenza pagato.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room was bright and decorated nicely, though small as is to be expected at a historic hotel. It was very expensive when we were there, and I don't think worth the price. It appears to be a grand historic hotel, but there's no lobby to appreciate this -- only the dining room. There's no big historic lobby area, just a normal check-in desk. It is really the only place to stay if you want to be in downtown Lakeland, which is nice. We did enjoy walking around the small town....
