Cabina rustica n. 3. È una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale. Ha anche una zona soggiorno, una zona pranzo e una cucina. È completamente attrezzato con frigorifero full size, piano cottura, forno, microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane e molto altro.

La nostra posizione è sul lago LBJ a Kingsland. Ha un dock condiviso. Vieni a vedere l'alba. Siediti e rilassati guardando le barche che passano. Fai un tuffo nel lago o vai a pescare.

Questa è un'ottima posizione. La nostra proprietà si trova dove il fiume Llano incontra il fiume Colorado.

Loved it!

Clean, quiet and comfy. SO glad I found this place to stay more than a week for work in nearby Marble Falls. Much better than the hotel lifestyle and having such easy access to a good fishing spot was the icing on the cake. AC worked great and bed was awesome. Hosts were very helpful and responsive when I had questions or requests. Can’t wait to come back when I can spend some leisure time with the wife. Highly recommend.

Recommend, but not for us!

We were looking to spend some time sitting by the water for a few days, and Rustic Cabin #3 photos, plus the description in the write-up, appeared the perfect place. The impression was the photos depicted a view looking out from the front door! It even spoke of watching the sunrise over the lake. There is no view from the front door. There is a nice dock area at the end of the dirt lane, and down a hill. Unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible, and my wife cannot walk any distance. We found other areas we had to drive to. We managed the two levels inside the cabin, and were pleased with the cleanliness and overall ambience. WiFi was none existent, which is unbelievable in this day and age. It would have been nice to have had a “Welcome Basket” with some starter items such as coffee filters, coffee, tea, sugar, sweetner, and maybe even a popcorn packet. There was no Kleenex, napkins, shower items, or a toaster! In the end, we would recommend the cabins for folks much younger than us! Add some amenities.

Nice property, the step down to bathroom and kitchen area is a little suprise, be careful but over all very nice would stay again. The property next door put on a vantastic fireworks display, which was awesome bonus and met two other nice couples also staying there. Overall a great memorial day weekend.

Birthday Getaway

The cabin was very nice and clean. The split level was a surprise. I also felt the description made it seem we were facing the lake and not facing a fence. The lake was close by but a little disappointing. We did have an enjoyable and nice getaway!

Great cabin for mini-break in the Hill Country

Lovely, clean, and quiet cabin in Kingsland. Well equipped for our mini-break. It was nice to be close to the lake. Only 5 mins to HEB, and a 15 min drive to Inks Lake State Park, Longhorn Caverns, and Perissos Vineyard. We couldn't get access to the cabin wifi/internet, but our cell service/data was fine for what we needed. Would recommend the cabin for those staying in the Hill Country.

Great father & grown son outing

Great, quality cabins and access to the lake. Rented kayaks and enjoyed fishing, swimming, exploring Lake LBJ, and reconnecting. Surprisingly peaceful cabins for how close to everything we were, including the HEB and other venues.

Girls weekend

My friend and I had a great weekend at the cabin. The cabin was comfortable and a short walk down to the dock. Great location in town. Everyone was pleasant and informative on where to go.

The Rustic cabins were definitely quaint and clean. Owners provided a fully stocked kitchen; which included appliances, pots, and dishes. We had a wonderful time walking down to the river from the cabin and overall our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back!

Was looking for a place in the hill country to take my wife for her birthday. Excellent place with plenty of room and everything you need away from home. Relaxed, did some fishing , and visited some nearby sights.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a place to get away for the weekend and check out the spring bluebonnets among the surrounding towns. The cabin was a bit hard to find due to us arriving at night, but appeared cozy upon arriving. The host also communicated well and gave us recommendations on where to go for bluebonnets. The cabin is suitable, but does have some quirks. Taking a shower was not pleasant as there was not any hot water at the time. There was from the sink, but not from the shower. Also, if you wake easily make sure to bring some earplugs as the AC is rather noisy. I would also suggest bringing extra blankets as it can be cold even when turning the thermostat up higher. Other than these things it is accommodating and served our needs well.
