“At a first glimpse, the hotel seems a little bit dated. In reality, it is pretty confortable. The room are not too big, but there is everything you need. The bed is a springs one, certainly not the ultra modern memory foam, but not bad. Tidiness is decent. A special mention to the service: all the staff is available and helpful to your needs. “Easy check in and loads of parking. The room was absolutely amazing, we were outside so felt like being in a cabin overlooking the garden. Bathroom was huge and clean. Went to the bar in the evening and the service was great. Can't fault this hotel”

“There are not enough superlatives to describe this hotel and its incredible grounds! The food was Excellent - better than the Michelin * restuarants I have been to recently in London and Venice. The grounds are spectacular - all 66 acres of them and its worth visiting just for this alone. The bedrooms are very nice and confortable. We had an Orangery suite which has Aircon. The Main house rooms do not. The staff were superb! Expecially compared to some other much more expensive hotels...
