“The lobby is very well-maintained and updated with the rooms on the first floor where I was staying we’re very basic and old. There’s a gym that you can get a good workout in. There’s also a pool which is very nice and it’s very close to the baseball stadium which was amazing.”

“The hotel was an average stay overall. The location was okay—nothing particularly great but convenient enough for basic needs. The breakfast options were fairly limited and below average compared to similar hotels.
One issue was that there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, which was inconvenient and should have been checked beforehand.
Overall, the stay was fine but nothing special. It works for a short, budget-friendly stay, especially given the good price, but don’t expect much...

“The staff did not tell us the truth when we got there, there was no shuttle, poor breakfast, no bed covers except thin sheets and it was not comfortable. The whole surrounding was smelling cigarrette. All the first floor rooms are for people with pets, and I did not know that since I just had surgery. It was a painful experience.”

“Staff were wonderful and helpful!
Room was spacious and clean overall. Bathroom of the room was VERY small and configured very oddly. To open the door to it, you could not be sitting on the toilet or you would be hit. Or even toddler taking a bath was super uncomfortable because it’s small and you couldn’t sit on the toilet without the door being shut.
The housekeeper did not see the toilet paper wad dried on the shower ceiling and the wall by the trashcan in the bathroom look like it could’ve...

“Cons: very basic room furnishings. Not many plug-ins, only a desk chair, room just seemed empty compared to other rooms we've had. Toilet paper was stationed more towards the back side of the toilet which was annoying to have to reach back to get it. Discovered the shampoo was empty and when I called the front desk, housekeeping hadn't gotten there yet, so I had to go down to the front desk to get some which was just uncomfortable being grungy in front of all the breakfast eaters.

“The hotel staff is truly amazing and pleasant also helpful.
However the door in 217 wasn’t working half the trip had to keep calling the housekeeper or front desk person to come use there master key to open the door which was annoying .
The room also had like a wet sent.
I stay here a few years ago and it has changes that was the best stay ever when came years ago.
I hope the standard goes back up !!!!”
