“When making reservations I always compare prices. If the hotel site is the least expensive I use it. Otherwise, I prefer Expedia because you accumulate credit AND you are able to cancel up until 24 hours in advance of your stay. Frequently hotels charge extra to reserve a cancellable room. This hotel is very nice BUT they let us know at check-in that they were not happy that we used Expedia to make a reservation. I felt like a child being scolded for doing something bad. It was embarrassing!”

“Everything was excellent except, when we tried to check in at 2:15, they were adamant that we had to wait untill 3. We were in a hury to attend a graduation so we had to change somewhere else and we where not able to check in untill late that night. ”
