“The location was terrible. The hotel with no appeal. I was locked out of my room for a while as key card system was broken. The lady working was very friendly and apologetic however. But I would never choose to stay here again. I ended up leaving early.”

“We brought our 2 3-year-olds and 10 year old for a little getaway and this hotel was perfect. There was always something to do, it was close to town, and the kids had a blast. My only real complaint is that there was only one elevator and getting to and from the room was a little inconvenient, but we will definitely be back!”

“Upon arriving I was told my reservation was not found and booking through a 3rd party (Expedia) it sometimes cancels on its own. After some “searching” they found it and said I got the last room. When I finally got into my room the lock would not work and this was a problem since I’m a single mom with young kids. I was told it’s fine you need a key to unlock the door and only the staff have access to this. I was very unsettled and not heard. I had to prop a chair under the handle for safety.”

“It is more like someone’s timeshare apartment than a resort. Online check in, use mobile phone to communicate. Be aware! You need to take out your own trash and NO housekeeping services. They make you sign an agreement online before arrival, if you fail to comply their rules, you will be charged. Entire resort only us, then they stick another new check in next to our townhouse. And the porch is connected. In another word we had to share the porch with other strangers while the rest of...

“First of all I understand no frills but this was way way below those standards. The room had no garbage can or on the property. One pillow each, no night stand to even place my coffee on. The shower was disgusting. The TV was mounted way ro high on the wall to watch comfortably.”
