“Very nice facility.”

“Locating the hotel and obtaining parking is very difficult, especially when they have the only street into the hotel blocked off. Must carry your luggage to and from your parked car 15 minutes. Check in is 3pm. Our room was not ready until 4:30. It makes all the plans you have change due to late availability of room. Room was nice and large as was the bathroom. Beds a bit soft and low to the floor. Room was very quiet.”

“Always find this is an excellent hotel to stay at. Unfortunately did not quite meet that standard this time. We had a room that looked out to the restaurant this time. It was quiet by about 11pm but you could hear music playing at 6am the next morning while the staff prepared the breakfast room. I went looking for an ice machine and finally had to ask at the desk. They are available at every odd floor starting at the 5th floor. After checking a few floors I found the only one that was working...

“I had requested a room with a single bed and half bathhroom for one night, room 318. The bed mattress was so old that I sank into it. I had a very poor sleep. I am not an overweight person. I felt compelled to mention this most important matter to the receptionist so she could pass my genuine concern to the owner. I hope the mattress will be replaced with a new, firm one for future guests. The air conditioner has a humming sound which restricted a quiet room for watching tv and sleep. So I...

“Parking was onsite and easy. Check in was good. Asked for a late check out by email and was told subject to availability. Asked again at check in and was told they’d have to see in the morning. I was running a half marathon in the morning and needed to know if I’d have a place to shower post run. Had to call at 7am and was finally granted an hour. WiFi was good but TV wasn’t a smart TV which is always nice.”

“Enjoyed our stay. Beautifully thought out decor and the room was very clean. Chose this place because of the Children's Museum right above in the same building. Very good if you have kids and dont want to jump into your car to find entertainment and food. It's all in one building.”

“Very Friendly &Prompt Service…Nice area near many Restaurants &Shopping… Anne at the Check-in desk was very Warm &Welcoming …The room was very clean and roomy …the beds &pillows were very comfortable …Unfortunately we missed out on the hot Breakfast offered at 6am because we had to leave by 5:30AM but Robert was so very kind and thoughtful to make us Breakfast Bags ToGo which we were filled with muffins, yogurt, juice and fresh fruit…Sustaining and Delicious. We would highly recommend this...

“So much nostalgia staying here. If you’ve ever stayed in residence in college or university, this will take you right back. It’s not your high end hotel, but it was clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. I did have issues finding it, since the signage was blown over, but I did get a hold of someone promptly who helped me. Front staff was wonderful as well.”

“A wonderful place to stay. The staff welcomed us like family. Unfortunately we arrived late on a Sunday evening do meal choices were limited, but we were steps away from a Keg restaurant, where we were greeted warmly. A great experience, wish we could have stayed longer.”
