“Loved our stay here, buffet breakfast was good and dinner was delicious!”

“The hotel is fine. Used to be high caliber with resturant and staff. Now seems a bit rundown and all electronic re door codes etc. In general staff friendly and responsive. Key point is this area of london has went super down hill.”

“Was not aware that while parking underground there is no elevator. Bringing luggage up a flight of stairs is not fun. Website is still showing pre-packaged breakfasts which all the hotels were doing during Covid. So that is what we expected. It is not currently being offered, thankfully. Breakfast was ok. Frozen breakfast sandwiches you need to microwave but you can make toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc…. If they ask, I would suggest a waffle maker. 😉 Guest bathrooms for...

“The hotel is very unique, we've never stayed here before. Though we did not use the pool, it looked very nice and lovely with the plants and atrium area. This hotel is obviously very family friendly so it was a little loud with kids yelling and running around. Our door to the hotel room would "jump" every time a neighbor closed there door so it was a little startling. We tried to muffle the impact with the spare blanket. “Decent sized rooms and clean. Loud hallways at night and in the morning. Fire alarm went off atound 7:30 am so not a great night sleep to say the least.”
