“Love staying here all the staff are very nice and accommodating, the guy that works in the breakfast room is the best! Rooms are always clean , this is my favourite place to stay when I come to Edmonton now because I know I will be treated good, my room will actually be clean and I will get a great breakfast in the morning.”

“I stayed in room 102. I’ve never seen a rug so dirty in my life the bedding was clean, but the whole place needs a work over the shower system the toilet system. The flooring needs totally redone. It’s a dive and if that rug could talk. It’s got 40 years of talking. It’s time to change the flooring.”

“Place was going through renovations so am not sure if that is why room furniture (other than the bed) were uncomfortable and sub-standard. Toilet lid was loose and noticed mold forming in the shower corners. King size room was roomy but not useful if a person wanted to work - no desk, office chair, desk lamp, or plug in for a laptop. Handy location. I'm sure once the renos are complete the standard will be top notch.”

For the price we paid, the quality was excellent — clean, comfortable rooms and a very comfortable bed that gave us a solid night’s rest. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. The room had a refrigerator and coffee maker, which was convenient (no microwave, but that wasn’t an issue for us — just something to plan for if you need one).
