“Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there.”

“at the check in , 1. reception unable to find my booking . it take her a while to find it. only has one staff attending to one big grp check in Hotel room 1. House cleaning - checked in with room no towel n toilet roll. 2. Internet connection - not working at all despite inform the reception 3. Aircon started to leaked at 2nd night ( room 110) ”

“It was such a uniquely designed hotel and even though it is not in town, it doesn't take to long to order a grab ride to go out and in. The only thing that could be improved on is if the shared kitchen area was better equipped with soap, paper towels, and dishes to use.”

“The staff is very nice but you need give RM100 Cash deposit to check in. The deposit will refund upon check if no damage on the room or spilt any stuffs in the room. There will remind you via whatapp on delay on check out for an hour charge you RM50”

“A funky boutique hotel fine for one night stay everything about it is a little unusual takes a little bit of driving to get to anything from it. Interesting decorations for breakfast was fair.”

“If you are driving, please make sure you park in the designated hotel covered garage parking in the basement level and NOT on the other levels which belong to Ipoh City Council”

“Plus point: location is good. Near to recreational area (Padang Polo where a lot food stall available in the afternoon) and can access to many other places easily. Minus: Limited parking breakfast was so-so (better don't include breakfast in your booking).”
