Comfortable and spacious rooms.
Breakfast was great, with lots of options, but really expensive.
Rooms were cleaned daily, but sometimes towels were missing afterwards and water, tea and coffee were not always refilled.
The location is extremely convenient, right in the city centre, and the staff are kind and always happy to help.
Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel and I would certainly recommend it.

Arrived on a work trip on Halloween and the hotel was superbly decorated. Staff were scary (in a friendly halloween way 🙂). Food was excellent, views from dining room great.

Nice hotel but service must be improved
Hotel itself is nice and very well located with wonderful view on the Harbour of Tarbert. Room size ok and bed comfortable. What they lacked was not informing that one slide-door of the shower box was broken. Unfortunately I only found out about the problem when I already was in the shower box and ...
