“Very clean”

“Was not aware this was a motel, not a hotel. That’s on me. I should have read the description. Breakfast is all right. Nothing spectacular but better than a continental breakfast. Found a few spiders in our room that we had to kill. My son was not a fan of that.”

“Clean and comfy rooms. Pleasant front desk staff and nice views. We ate at two of the restaurants and enjoyed the food, although the prices were high. Although we had to walk across the courtyard to the cafe for our morning coffee it was complementary and excellent. The welcome champagne was a nice treat.”

“Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Kirkland. Easy and short walk to many restaurants and Washington Lake. There’s valet parking or street parking if you have a car”

“Room was ok carpets were stained (blood even) - bedding and linens have to be 20+ years old - just replace and add some fresh paint - replace carpet with some flooring !”

“They staff was very helpful and attentive. They greeted every guestbealking through the door. I would have liked my room to be cooler. The AC has a max cooling of 68. I'm a female of “that” age and like me room 65 at night. Definitely 5 stars”
