Prospectors is an excellant choice for travellers that want an economical, no-frills, clean hotel. The communication and service for questions/help was excellant. Very adequate no charge parking. Very close to ammenities like groceries, gas and "road house" food choices. We travelled as a group of 4 senior adults and the two bedroom, ground floor unit met our needs. If you want a fancy hotel room, Prospectors is probably not for you, but if you want a clean room with comfortable beds, Prospectors will serve your needs well.

Our first Vrbo experience. The host, Brian, was very accomadating. While the room was not the Ritz Carlton, it was clean, spacious and very good.

The office was a bit complicated to find when we arrived. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The suite encompassed a well equipped kitchen complete with full size refrigerator/freezer, stove with oven, countertops and sink. Perfect for cooking our meals. In addition to a large living room, dining area, and bath, there were two large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Well worth the money. Recommend it for either a short or long stay. We were there 3 nights.

Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura, comunicazione
We booked this room for a Monday and Wednesday night. When we arrived we realized that the room was not even close to what was advertised. We were very disappointed with the quality of the room and told the host later that evening that we wanted to cancel our second night. Even though the ad said that there were free cancellations we were told that he would have to find another renter in order to refund our money. He later said he was unable to find another and we need to talk to Expedia to get our refund. We are unable to find a way to discuss this with Expedia.
