The bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, plus its own separate entrance with a digital lock — great for privacy or independent access if needed. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a second full bathroom with a tub, along with an open-concept living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking is easy too — you'll have one dedicated spot in the underground garage, right by the elevator. Gearing up for the day is simple with a ski-tuning room right in the building. In winter, you're minutes from chair lifts 5 and 6. In summer, the surrounding meadow is ideal for hiking, biking, and cross-country trails right outside your door.

- Bring chains during snow season and please check road conditions - your safety is our priority

- Pet fees apply per pet, per stay
- Please, no animals on furniture. Do not leave pets unattended or crated in the unit
- Must disclose pet when booking or immediately after reservation

- Rules: No parties or events allowed; no extra guests than registered - there are long-term residents in the building
- Early/Late Access: No early check-ins or late check-outs. The cleaning team will notify you via SMS if your studio is ready before 4:00 pm
