“A Recepciós hölgyek kiemelkedően kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, ellenben a szintén ott lévő kedvetlen férfival ellentétben, aki kifejezetten rossz benyomást és érzést keltett bennünk. A Hotel (amit mi láttunk belőle) igazán szocreál, ami önmagában nem gond, hiszen a víz a legfőbb cél egy balatoni nyaralásnál. Viszont a felújítások, állapot javítások hiánya nem kell, hogy az alapvető takarítások nélkülözését is magával vonják. Nagyon sajnálatos, mert ez szuper hely is lehetne.”

“We asked to see the room before check-in. The bedsheets were wrinkled and stained, we had foreign hair on the pillows and on the mattresses were strange black dots. The windows and the covers were fully stained with dead squashed insects, overall cleanliness was below any critic. Does not meet the standards of a hotel, although the price is there. “A beautiful hotel by the lake with a private beach in walking distance. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The Spa and sauna facilities were excellent and spotless clean. There were plenty of sun beds in the garden. It would be a good idea to invest a little in the apartments but it still be perfect for a wonderful holiday with a bunch of friends. “Při dřívějším příjezdu nám vyšli vstříc a ubytovali nás, jakmile byl pokoj nachystaný, při odjezdu jsme mohli auto nechat u hotelu a ještě si zajít do města a na pláž.
