“We had 4 twin beds in one room. The size of the room was great. The view from the window was fantastic, waking up to Mt. Fuji, amazing! The only thing of note is that there aren’t enough outlets. Bringing a charging hub is a good idea. Great staff, very clean.”

“Everything has been perfect. Two negative issues, for me do not comply with the standard of this hotel category level: the outdoor swimming pool has to be booked and payed separately; When the taxi service is fully booked, the staff didn't react proactively trying to solve the issue.”

“Very very good stay , really suggested. Excellent the easy bridge way to exhibition messe , no more than 5 minutes walking, direct access to bridge from second level of hotel. 5 min wanking from outlet center with a lot of international brand and from the station. The hotel is very good maintained very good condition even if probably bit old. Service is really excellent, the staff respond very fast and really kind. Good breakfast even is in not a big restaurant for such big hotel, various foods...
