“Had to stay due to a family emergency and needed something fast and on a budget. Hotel was clean, cold air, and was very close to family. No complaints, but this is a very basic and clean hotel. Might want to pack your own towels, bath towels are small and thin. 4 stars because its the best to be expected for what it is. ”

“I reserved a king bed room, but when I checked in, it smelled strongly of weed despite being labeled as a non-smoking room. I complained and, after about two hours, Richard at the front desk was helpful, but unfortunately he said there were no other king rooms available. He also mentioned they couldn’t assign that room to another guest, yet it was the only option offered to me. “Directly located in front of Legoland entrance, 5 minutes walk. Clean an easy to access.”

“Stay was great except for some people staying in a room down the way. They acted like the parking lot was theirs and were rude when a family parks in front of their room. Mind you parking spaces are assigned and one space per room. They had their crap strewn across three parking spaces. I could have said something to the host but was there just two day. Had I been staying longer I would have said something.”

“Looks nothing like the pictures online. The majority of the hotel doesn't have doors or windows and is stacked up with old furniture and garbage. Pool is empty. Bugs in the dresser.”

“I had a very mixed experience at Rodeway Inn & Suites Winter Haven Chain of Lakes. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room—it did not meet basic expectations. Because of that, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying. We ended up only being there for about 3 hours just to rest briefly and let the kids enjoy the pool before deciding to leave and head back home.
