“The room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere, and it smelled fresh and inviting. The bed was divine!! Staff were courteous and friendly. Our room was on the first floor, just off the lobby and facing the front of the hotel so there was a little bit of road noise and some loud people in the hallway - nothing a white noise machine couldn’t muffle, but if you’re a light sleeper you may want to request a room in a quieter area. “No table and chairs, and No couch or living room chair, 1 swivel chair with some counter space near the television. No light over the sink for the bathroom. Other than these few items, a very pleasant, quiet stay. ”

“Nice staff they are in process of renovation when completed will be a nice place to stay , room ok but no tv no wi fi Owner says in process I get it but should be listed on site , I assume that’s why price lower then most , no smart tv in rooms so bring a iPad or laptop if you want to see a movie ”

“We had the absolute best time at the Legoland Pirate Island Hotel with my two little boys (5 and 7). The lobby is so much fun (they loved playing in the castle with other kids and building lego), we enjoyed the PJ Dance Party at night and a little show before that. The decor is perfect for any kid - especially for those that love pirates. Our boys were blown away and so excited for their bunk beds and little mini room “on their own”. “This hotel was clean and the customer service was friendly upon checking in and during the stay. However, checking out the young lady wasn't so pleasant & friendly. Very cold it could be it was too early in the morning, which is totally understandable. The rooms were beautiful with the updated decor. I will definitely stay here again. ”
