Cibo buonissimo, mare splendido (come tanti altri mari), struttura attenta all'ecologia ed all'impatto ambientale, personale fantastico, gentile, premuroso, etc (voto 10 e lode a Diem e Adelina reparto sala pranzo). Non preoccupatevi dei Beach Boys, li pensavo più aggressivi!!

Ottima vancanza relax
Una struttura della giusta dimensione, mai code al ristorante, peraltro di ottimo livello. Peccato per le bevande che risultavano troppo annacquate (inclusi i succhi). Le camere sono spartane ma dotate di ogni confort e molto pulite. Personale attento e cortese, sempre sorridente e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Pur consapevoli della posizione dove il fenomeno delle maree è molto accentuato abbiamo comunque sofferto la mancanza di balneabilità per la maggior parte della giornata e nei pomeriggi, quando la marea saliva, il mare era pieno di alghe. In ogni caso, abbiamo fatto bellissime passeggiate fino alla barriera corallina. Temperatura eccezionale , molto caldo ma ventilato.

Room/Cottage was superb - loks like a small African village which makes the atmosphere just perfect. Reception and dinning area same - like an African lodge. Food enough choices and tasty - super choices of fresh fruits, pasta and pancakes.

Bel établissement
Complexe hôtelier très agréable, de grands d’espaces de détente et des activités pour les plus jeunes ( Ping Pong, billard, jeux..) Les responsables sont très présents, les employés à l’écoute et aux petits soins Nous avons séjourné dans une villa sur la plage Proximité immédiate de la plage Très spacieuse ( nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants ) Le seul bémol c’est la plage ! Ne vous attendez pas à une plage paradisiaque avec sable blanc ce n’est pas du tout le cas, avec le phénomène des marées, elle n’est pas présente et quand elle revient c’est plein d’algues :-(

The smile of all people that work there . Excellent service , clean facility, exceptional food . Victor is amazing cheff .Compliments to the staff that works with him . Compliments to the waiters and waitress that work in the restorants .Compliments to the gardners for the beautiful flowers. Compliments to our cleaning room Eva for her grace and to the other like her that where working very hard . Everting was perfect ? No . What remains is a wonderful vacation . A constructive critic will be on the drinks 🍸 side . Needed more quality selection . Very unusual to do not have prosecco and if we have to pay a part for "Sanbuca" we expect something good. Instead was orrible and we couldn't not even drink but we had to pay . Like i said we enjoyed the vacation but the management has to do more for not felling in this mistakes. I will give a 4.5 in 5 stars 🌟 .

It's a beach front hotel! Pros: As it is a little higher than the beach, the beach boys would just bother you when you would go to the beach, when you are inside the hotel property they don't. They serve coconut water daily, and for it was a big plus! It's a big hotel, lots of sunbeds and places to hang around Cons: The beach was full of seaweed, and for the 8 days that I was there they just cleaned the excess on the sand just once. Other surrounding hotels did it more often. If you want fresh beach towels, you have to give them back the used ones till 6pm. As there is sun till 7pm, for me it was a problem, as I needed to cut short my day so I'd have fresh towels the next day. For a 4 star hotel, I wasn't expecting that. On Sundays and Thurdays nights, they serve dinner outside, with live music. It was really nice, except the music went till 10:15pm and 10:30pm, and it really bothered me, as I was jet lagged and wanted to sleep early, but the music was loud.

Kanonhotell på Zanzibar
Ett mkt bra hotell beläget direkt på stranden. Personalen var fantastisk, otroligt hjälpsam och trevlig. Hotellet kan definitivt rekommenderas. Vi bodde i bungalows på stranden vilket också rekommenderas starkt. Bra att veta är att det är mkt långgrunt och under lågvatten är det riktigt långt till "havet".

CORRECTO Y BONITO
Estuve con mi pareja en este hotel un total de 2 noches en régimen de todo incluido. La verdad que al llegar nos decepcionamos un poco porque la zona de la piscina no es tanto como aparece en las fotos. Es bonita, pero más simple de lo que parece. También dio la casualidad que en el hotel en esos días habían hospedados unos clientes muy escandalosos que nada más el primer día nos saturaron, ya que hacían mucho ruido que llegaba hasta el bar de la playa (que está a 40 metros de la piscina). Esa misma noche (jueves) organizaron una cena alrededor de la piscina y poco a poco nos fue ganando el hotel. La comida es estupenda y variada. Y nuestra habitación (una superior), enorme y con todo lo necesario. Habían snacks y bebida durante todo el día tanto en el bar de la piscina como en el de la playa.

10 days of relaxation
The resort is located about 1 hour from the airport on the east of the island. Don't make the mistake that we made in booking a hotel transfer directly from the hotel as they are obliged to use the in-house "Zanzitours" transfer service at $75. (We booked a local taxi for the return transfer at $40) We arrived at the hotel just after 15:00 local time which was after lunch time cut-off but we were invited to have lunch regardless - big thumbs up for that The hotel is about 25 years old and is beginning to look a little tired but it is a lovely nonetheless. Our room was nice: well appointed but again, needs a refresh. We had a beachside villa (room 145) which was probably the best located villa on the resort - closest villa to the main resort building and the beach club hut. Rooms 144 and 147 will also share this ideal location The food is delicious - drinks are plentiful (we took the all inclusive option) and service is friendly. However, step out onto the public beach and you are fair game for constant pestering from the locals, selling their wares and offering sightseeing tours and sailing trips (at reduced costs offered by the hotel) Entertainment is provided by the "animation team" led by Shuma, who are young, enthusiastic and linguistically talented - amongt them, they could converse with all Europeans guests and provided a number of activities for those who wanted to take part

There were so many flying ants in the room at night when we came back from the pool. The hotel staffs were so slow to take action. I had to ask the reception to solve the problem many time. I will never stay here again.

Tres bel hotel, personnel très agréable et chalereux, quelques un parlent français. Le chef cuisinier s'adapte au demande particuliére (allergie, repas bébé...), menu variés et très bon. Des soirees a théme sont organisé 2fois par semaine, de nombreuse activités proposées. Parfait pour les familles! La plage un peu décevante a cause des marrés haute et basse.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were always clean and tidy, and were well maintained. Beach villa (amazing view of the beach!) cleaned twice daiily and always nicely made up with flower decorations. Very comfortable beds. Local vendors, although very friendly, tend to mob guests who venture out onto the beach/ walk to the reef, and are extremely persistant. Food can become somewhat repetitive and could do with more variety.

The Beach Grill opened for lunch on all-inclusive, located on the beach under a wonderful big tree, where we do serve our light lunch. The Nakupenda Pizzeria opened for dinner on all-inclusive, located on the beach/ restaurant where we serve appetizer, pizzas and desserts. Furthermore our Pool Dinner as well as African Dinner on the beach on two different dates during the week which are one of the most popular events at the resort. In addition our Seafood restaurant Suli Suli to choose from a la carte menu with extra charge. Your kind compliments and comments have been passed on to my fellow Team Members. This hotel is absolutely amazing. The service was always there and the staff always aim to please. My daughter held her wedding at the Diamonds Mapenzi Beach and the event turned out fabulous. The best point is that it is all inclusive. The food was always of the highest quality and the chefs were always there for comments and a friendly chat. I would strongly suggest this hotel if you need to relax on holiday or distress. 10/10 for the management and staff at Diamonds Mapenzi Beach Hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and our room was kept very clean. The grounds are beautiful and the food was above average for an all-inclusive. However the coffee was awful - a surprise since excellent coffee is readily available in Zanzibar. Our main complaint was that we were not given the twin room we booked and our enquiries into why were met with incomprehensible explanations. The hotel did provide an extra bed in the corner of the room but for the money we were paying it was less than ideal and I felt like I was in a youth hostel. Also, the excellent wi-fi we were told we had upon arrival never materialized and we gave up asking about that. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and the scenery stunning.

Super hotel - super service - super mad - super omgivelser - den bedste ferie vi har haft , takket være det søde personale ( Elisabeth var super sød ) , hotellet ligger perfekt og bliv ik skræmt at de sælgere på stranden , de må ikke komme op til hotellet , vi købte ture af en Ali Baba på stranden og kan varmt anbefale ham . Stranden er det smukkeste og de bungalows man bor i er så smukke . Vil helt klart komme tilbage en dag .

Vi opplevde personalet som svært serviceinnstilte. Rommene var rene og fine med en idyllisk beliggenhet på det store området. Nydelig og variert mat til alle måltider. Flott basseng og et variert aktivitetstilbud for store og små. Stranda påvirkes av tidevannet, men vi synes dette var helt greit, siden vi fint kunne bade i bassenget de aktuelle timene. Litt slitsomt med selgere på stranden. Dette stedet hadde alt en barnefamilie kan trenge for å få en vellykket bade-og solferie.
