Thank you for your review, dear Ann. We have fridge for guests, drinks at the bar -just ask receptionist. Almost all restaurants in Kladno, which offer delivery, do not cook after 9:00 p.m. Actually we have reconstraction of main road near us, therefore is a lot of noise outside. Beleive nothing will be unlpleasant during your next visi in our hotel. Wish you all the best!

It is too pity, that you did not remember our infromation during your check-in about our bar-each room has desks with list of drinks, which we are glad to sell you non-stop at the reception. Concering prices for pets - we have normal reasons for this, more- we are only one hotel in our city, who accepts pets in rooms.

Dear guest, thank you for your comment. So sorry for your young neighbours. Usually all our guests are not noisy, but that night was New Year Eve. According hotel's rules we serve food in our restaurant, no room service. Wish you and your family all the best in this year: be health, happy and have only pleasant experiences!
