Grazie all’operatore di hotel.com che ha chiamato la receptionist dopo un bel po’ si è affacciata dalla terrazza vestita col pigiama e la vestaglia e ha chiesto se dovevamo fare il check in. È scesa e ci ha dato la chiave. Poi ha chiuso di nuovo l’hotel ed è ritornata in camera. Le porte delle camere danno sull’esterno. La chiave non funzionava. “We arrived in a snowstorm, and were greeted by the lovely new management team, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was lovely. The room was very clean, updated, beds comfortable, the pool looked inviting, but we were too tired to make use of it. The breakfast bar had everything we could want. Thanks for a nice stay!”
