“The hotel is very busy at check out time so I followed instructions for fast check out in my room. Since the hotel does not email to you receipt I asked at the hotel reception if I could have copy of the receipt. They told me they could not print because i booked through expedia, however since the Hotel swiped my credit card at the check in for deposit, the print of the receipt should have been provided at the check out regardless. This is expected service from a 4 star hotel ”

“The beds were so comfortable! And the room was nice and clean. The hotel is right on a busy road so it was loud. Also a bit stressful to walk and get food because the road was busy and the crosswalks were not safe. I was traveling with my 7 year old and it was not safe outside the building. “We were in an executive suite. The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was ok.
