“The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. “Room was dirty, sheets not changed... we slept on top of the blankets which we would have done anyway because the AC wasn't working. It was hot, humid, and reeked of cigarettes. Burn stains all over the room. No coffee maker, iron, blow dryer. 2 tiny "bath towels", only 2 pillows, very hard bed. It was loud, people hanging out getting drunk and high, blasting music, people yelling and arguing. It's sketchy, gross, and still way too expensive for what it is. I wouldn't pay more than $25, and only...

“The place needs a re birth ”

“Ho soggiornato con la famiglia una sola notte il 27 dicembre 2015 di passaggio tra Las Vegas e Santa Barbara. Un hotel molto comodo e confortevole in una simpatica Cittadina in pieno deserto. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile, camere belle e pulite, ampio parcheggio gratuito all'aperto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Sicuramente da consigliare.”

“Breakfast was good. They had to restock it due to the volume being used. The AC and the heat works amazing. Love the room. I would revisit. ”

“Room was clean when we got there but the bathroom didn't close. I called 3 times for the housekeeper to come to get cleans towels first I was told to take the dirty ones to the lobby and to get clean ones and then was told they would send the housekeeper she never came I called 2 hours later and was told they were sending right away and she never came I called again and was told again she was coming right now and she never showed up. Other than that our stay was great.”

“No coffee maker, no ice, hot water needs to be hotter, had to run shower for 10 minutes to get it up to very warm. TV broken, had to switch to a room that was not as nice. Staff friendly but poor English skills, very difficult to understand. ”
