“Very disappointed in the Bonvoy Group for what is clearly premature opening of a new hotel. The hotel is 3 weeks old as of month end 6/26. Still too many things don’t work. Room on the first day: AC could not be controlled, TV didn’t work. Room on the second day: bedside lights and electrical outlets don’t work (too tired to move again). Staff very enthusiastic and helpful, facilities all brand new. But still too many kinks to work out. Will be a nice place when it all settles, but for now too...

“This place needs to be condemned. I did not feel safe or comfortable staying in there. I actually drove an hour back home late into the night because I did not feel safe. The room was run down, chipped paint, stained walls. Please do not book here.”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“A little dated for a "very good" on Expedia. Someone left a bottle of opened/used nail polish in our room that wasn't ours. The thermostat didn't work properly.”

“Pool was dirty. Jacuzzi was yellow and was being painted while people were in the pool. No wet paint sign. Beach/pool chairs were ripped and there were only 4. No pool towels stocked and when I asked reception for some, they could only provide 1. They gave us the wrong room which didn't even fit all my guests. Paid for parking on top of a hefty room price for 1 night. Would not come back to this location nor would I recommend it. Not the luxurious service/property you would expect from a...
