“I had a reservation that was not refundable , but I had a family problem and I had to cancel 2 night…at the moment of the check in I asked a favor if it was possible to refound the 2 nights , the guys at the reception say yes and asked me to contact hotels.com …after contact hotels.com now somebody say no to refound me the 2 nights ! I was really really surprise !!!”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“We rented a room that slept 11, and I couldn't have been happier. The rooms were clean, smelled very nice, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we would need appliance and utensil wise. It was nice to be able to eat in the room for added savings, excluding the times we chose to go out. The staff was very cordial, and showed us personally where everything was, which was a very nice change to the normal, grab your key and get out of my hair attitude. I would definately rent here again.”
