“We are beyond exhausted for our dog needed surgery and we drove 2 hours for him to get surgery in San Diego. Maria at the front desk was SUPER KIND and so understanding and really made our day by helping us to the room sooner than expected. She asked if we were hungry as well and made sure we were OK. We truly felt like family here.”
“I had a reservation that was not refundable , but I had a family problem and I had to cancel 2 night…at the moment of the check in I asked a favor if it was possible to refound the 2 nights , the guys at the reception say yes and asked me to contact hotels.com …after contact hotels.com now somebody say no to refound me the 2 nights ! I was really really surprise !!!”
“Property was very clean and nice. Only downfall not of thier part, but difficult to get out of parking lot at times because there is an amazon warehouse nearby and the trucks pile up and don't let you out. ”
“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all.

“Housekeeping lady was awesome! She got us extra pillows n towels. Ck n was a breeze n the breakfast is always delicious n a great savings. The area around the pool can be pressure washed. ”
“Gael assisted us. Appreciate it. He gave us free early check in. Airport is nearby so the living room wasnt entirely soundproof. The bedroom was however. Just outside downtown and little italy so taxi isn't too much. But just out of the way from being in the middle of that craziness of the city. On site parking for a fee. Standard prices. Would return without question. ”
