“The room itself was decent and mostly clean, although the bed was way too stiff for my liking. My biggest issue was the atmosphere around the bar area. Two out of the three nights I stayed there, the bar was packed with loud people openly acting like they were under the influence, which made the place feel uncomfortable and honestly a little unsafe.
I expected a more relaxed and professional environment from a hotel and spa. The actual room was fine, but the overall experience was dragged down...

The beds were comfortable, the temperature was well-regulated, and the room darkening shade kept the room dark. This is the way to do hospitality.”
