“Ottimo Hotel”

“We were extremely disappointed with this property and left the same night without staying due to hygiene, safety and communication issues. On arrival it was clear the villa hadn’t been properly cleaned. Bedding appeared unchanged with blonde hairs on pillows and sheets, plates and cutlery were greasy, the cutlery drawer had crumbs, cupboards contained tins covered in mould, and there were cobwebs in the living area. In the pool room, a banner from previous guests was still on the mirror and toys...

“For the price, this had everything we wanted - access to a well equipped gym, sauna and steam room, king bed and decent breakfast. Staff weren’t overly helpful / customer service wasn’t great overall but in terms of facilities - the room was good, bed was comfy and the breakfast we added was good. Would definitely stay here again for a stop off if doing a long drive across the country again.”
