“This was the only bad experience in this wonderful country, that is Thailand. I arrive at 14.30 at the hotel, i booked specifically this one for Splash (water park) , the problem was that from 15.30 to 17.15 i was waiting my luggage in the room. I call them several times, to have it in time to go to splash for mi kids. Result: splash closed at 17.30, and my kids crying realized that they could not have access. They also stopped my room telephone to avoid my complains. Another particular to say...

Unica cosa che a me non ha fatto impazzire è il fatto che sia veramente enorme e che per andare ad esempio a fare colazione ho dovuto fare 5 rampe di scale, essendo la sala colazioni distante dalla mia camera.
