I arrive at 14.30 at the hotel, i booked specifically this one for Splash (water park) , the problem was that from 15.30 to 17.15 i was waiting my luggage in the room. I call them several times, to have it in time to go to splash for mi kids. Result: splash closed at 17.30, and my kids crying realized that they could not have access. “Wonderful stay for families. Clean rooms. Staff were super kind and helpful. Pool was very fun. Resort restaurant, Eagle Ray, had a wide variety of foods - all very good. Beach was within walking distance which was a nice break from the pool. We were able to get into the ocean up to the shore but the currents were too strong and not advisable to swim in.
