Hotel in zona Ban Tai, Ko Phangan

“Very nice bungalows managed by very kind lady.”

“Siisti ja tilava huone. Sijainti ok. Henkilökunta poikkeuksellisen mukavaa, meille järjestettiin ilmainen yllätys/upgrade pyynnöstä vuosipäivän kunniaksi. Sängyt olivat hieman kovat, mutta saatiin hyvät unet. Suosittelen!”

“The hotel is nice and the sea as well. Ours was not a good experience as the hotel was full of children and staying at the beach or reasturant was not that relaxing. We were told that it is Always like that so if you are a couple be aware of that ….. ”

“General tidiness was poor - the duvet did not have a cover on it the first night that I had booked and there were stains on it. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I approached them. On two of the days that I stayed, the water stopped running for several hours. I went out every day so I'm unsure exactly for how long the problem persisted. Additionally, the power went out on one of the days also. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but it felt very much as though the resort was more of a dream of...

“We had an amazing stay at Yangdai. Everything was top notch and the quality of service by the staff was well above the call of duty. Mr. Ping made sure to coordinate anything we needed on the island (taxi, excursions, restaurants, event tickets, etc) and even drove us to the ferry port himself when we were making bad timing. Highly recommend ”
