“All good. Except only one key was provided for 2 bedrooms. This made it very difficult as front desk closes around 6pm. ”

“Location on Chalathat Beach was perfect. Near to beach front, playground, street food zone. Parking was easy. Staff service was impeccable, especially the bell boys. Friendly and warm staffs. Pool zone and water park not overly crowded. Ample sitting areas and love the pool access rooms. Bicycles for hotel guest use without additional charges was awesome, only wished bike conditions were better maintained and installed with bells. Some bikes had broken and non functioning brakes. “Rooms are cmean, quiet, amd safe area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little older, bit considering the area and price, it is expected and value is amazing. The only down side I had was inconsistent warm water and low pressure. Wifi would get a little slow mid morning ”
