Our bidet was faulty (runs out of water quickly so button had to be pressed often) but I didn’t let that bother me. “I didn’t realise we had the whole floor to ourselves. Three bedrooms which was great. Good location in relation to trains and the staff were fantastic and gave really good recommendations for restaurants.”

“The room was excellent sized. Perfect for a family of four. The bidet can use some English translation, but it was perfectly fine to use for non-Japanese still. The check-in staff was super helpful and was accommodating when we arrived 30 minutes earlier than the 3 pm check-in time. The location was perfect also.
