“Hotel perfetto, pulito, personale gentile, posizione ottima!”

“Hotel is very clean, and the room has an excellent space organization. Stayed for 6days and i really appreciate that there’s a washer/dryer! So happy to go back home with little clothes to wash. Location wise, perfect to just walk around small shops and temples.”

“The check in process, accuracy of room description, policies regarding reimbursement or credit of any sort or accomodations of any kind to the reservations are non conforming and rigid without any considerations at all of any kind given. Whether it's flight, cruise weather, medical they just don't care. They did not have the room that I booked available upon check in that was supposed to accommodate 3 people with 3 beds as was in description and so instead of offering the available upgrade free...
