“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Cruiser Island Resort is completely isolated, with no shops, no nearby amenities, and no real freedom. Once you’re there, you’re essentially trapped.
The rooms were poorly maintained and not clean, and there isn’t even a microwave — which is unacceptable considering you have no alternative food options. You are forced to eat at the hotel restaurant, which has a very limited menu, little variety, and quickly becomes unbearable for a longer...

“La struttura di per sé è molto interessante..MA:
- il primo giorno mancava il sapone per la doccia (pur richiedendolo varie volte abbiamo atteso ore)
- il personale alla reception non capisce l’inglese basico, sorride e basta
- peccato la palestra chiuda alle ore 18
- PROBLEMA VERO: durante la pulizia della camera è scomparso un indumento personale. Questo non è accettabile MAI, e per un hotel a 5 stelle dovrebbe essere automatica la compensazione. Non abbiano ricevuto nulla, solo perdita di...

“Only one llittle issue to mention. Twice we had troubles in getting our room cleaned. Cleaning staff works very hard, but they are obviously not enough. Our last night at the Hotel the cleaners came to clean the room at 5.10 pm, and we had to send them away , as we had spent the whole day on the beach and were tired and in need of rest.The problem lies not with the staff, but with whoever is managing the Hotel. For the price Marriott charge clients I would expect better organization.”

“I stayed for three days at Lalynn Resort & Villas in Belas. Unfortunately, my experience was not very pleasant.
When we first checked into our room, there were ants everywhere. We also noticed what looked like bed bug droppings on the wall, which made the room feel very unhygienic and uncomfortable. In addition, we saw several other insects such as spiders, cockroaches, and many mosquitoes. Because of this, I felt quite uneasy and had a hard time relaxing.
After speaking with the receptionist...

“Clean and efficiently run hotel. Excellent location to the beach and nearby bars and restaurants. Quiet setting and superb value for money.
The food was excellent although a bit pricey as you have so many cheaper options nearby.”
