La struttura è bella e il personale molto gentile. Si nota una grande cura del cliente. Posso solo dire che dovevamo fare il check out alle 5:00 del mattino e ci hanno preparato la colazione d'asporto. L'unico suggerimento che darei è di modificare i lettini poiché sono scomodi. Invece per quanto riguarda il mare è più bello qualche metro più giù. In questa struttura ci ritornerei!

Ottimo Resort
Resort molto bello: camere ben insonorizzate, spaziose e con Jacuzzi sul balcone coperta. Secondo me meglio spendere meno x la camera con la jacuzzi rispetto ad una piccola piscina privata di cui non capisco molto il senso. Teli spiaggia a disposizione sia per la piscina che per il mare. Per chi volesse la piscina, ce ne sono 2, una + per bambini e una x rilassarsi. Buona cena (serata barbecue), ottime colazioni, personale molto attento e sempre sorridente come tutto il popolo thai che ho apprezzato davvero molto. Unico neo: la solita cattiva abitudine dei vacanzieri di alzarsi prestissimo per occupare i lettini in spiaggia e in piscina con i posti migliori, arrivando poi verso mezzogiorno. Il personale del resort dovrebbe a mio parere vigilare e proibire questi comportamenti.

Hotel tranquillo e carino
L'hotel è stato strutturato in modo molto particolare, per il quale ogni stanza gode di molta privacy essendo tutte barricate dietro pesanti pannelli o alte pareti. Ciò isola dall'esterno ma è difficile che, dalla camera si riesca a vedere uno scorcio di mare. Mi è stata assegnata una camera diversa da quelle riportate in foto, probabilmente collocata in un'area vecchia dell'hotel. Ho richesto un upgrade ma mi è stata proposta una camera di alto livello con una differenza davvero notevole. L'hotel comunque è confortevole e pulito. Il personale è discreto e cortese. Il punto forte dell'hotel è la spiaggia, davvero molto bella, anche se i lettini sono davvero molto datati (molti sono rotti). Il ristorante è davvero buono, e le colazioni sono sempre abbondanti e il servizio è impeccabile.

Accoglienza alla reception scadente, non gentili e poco attenti alle esigenze. Parti comuni sporche e con pareti ovunque scrostate. Le uniche cose buone: colazione e la gentilezza del personale della colazione e del bar della piscina.Non consigliato!

Ottimo Hotel
soggiorno per 8 gg dal 4 agosto 2015 in Idrovilla con Piscina. Hotel situato in ottima posizione comodo per tutti i servizi che può offrire il paese. Camere molto confortevole con ampia piscina privata. Servizio e pulizia dell'hotel molto buono. Spiaggia comodissima con accesso diretto. Cibo sia come prima colazione che solitamente è inclusa nel pacchetto (ve la consiglio) e le cene di buona qualità. Per il mangiare comunque vi consiglio di provare tutti i vari ristoranti della zona, ottimi e con prezzi contenuti.

Hotel molto bello nel centro di Lamai
Hotel non solo molto bello ma anche in una posizione molto comoda , si trova infatti nel centro di Lamai ed è quindi molto vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Eravamo in una villa con piscina, camera arredata Molto bene in stile thailandese e letto veramente enorme . Unica cosa da migliorare è La colazione che non è niente di che.

I had a great time on Lamai Beach! Pavilion was v nice. I loved my room with the plunge pool. It gave me more room and access to outside on ground floor. Awesome! Bar was nice. Bartenders are sweet. All the staff makes a big effort! Def would stay again. They need to replace the outdoor lounge chairs!

Slitt og overpriset
Dette hotellet var nok veldig fint for noen år siden (pre covid), men det har blitt slitt og holder ikke den standen det utgir seg for å ha dessverre. Få gjester, slitte møbler, mye vind som gjør at man ikke kan bruke stranden. Jeg synes det er alt for dyrt å betale denne prisen når hotellet ikke er holdt i stand. I tillegg var restauranten dårlig og bassengområdet ganske kjipt. Lamai som område er heller ikke spesielt hyggelig for par eller familier da man på kveldstid kan se sexkjøp og prostitusjon i gatene.

Have no dislikes about accomodation or staff. Reception staff very helpful! Was a perfect stay, one to remember! Decor modern but also traditional and just beautiful surroundings/gardens. Loved the pool/ gym facility. Restaurants food delicious, service fantastic. Beach clean. Stay relaxing.

Very highly recommend this resort and it deserves to be a 5 star. This was our second time at Pavilion Samui Resort and we loved it. We'll go back because of the amazing hospitality - the breakfast and Food/beverage service is amazing and the F&B manager and staff are excellent. It's a beautiful beach area with a great massage place nearby and there's shopping too. Lamai beach is not as seedy and there are a lot of young families at the resort and also young people and couples. It's good for those looking for a tranquil relaxed place.

Good location on a nice stretch of Lamai beach. We had a balcony room which was a bit worn out. The cleanliness also left something to be desired. For my taste, the complex is too densely built, it lacks a garden or at least a little more green. Noisy air conditioning. Very nice staff and management.
