We left first thing in the morning. The sheets and pillow case were ripped. The bathroom was dirty, there was no soap, the whole room is tired and needs a deep clean. Even the hot water dispenser had coffee marks running down it. So disappointed that I’ve paid for two lots of accommodation. I’ve emailed for a refund and heard nothing.

Staff were very conscientious to arrival time from ferry and very accomodating. Staff were helpful and provided advice about the local areas. Wonderfully quiet area and no loud party music...very relaxing and peivate.

Parfait. J’avais passé quelques jours en 2019 et j’ai retrouvé cette mêlée ambiance conviviale et familiale dans un cadre idyllique loin du tourisme de masse que l’on trouve au nord de l’île. Bungalow super, spacieux qui donne directement sur la mer… reposant…

Wer es abgelegen und absolut ruhig mag ist hier am richtigen Ort. Alles was man braucht, ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Ein Roller ist allerdings auf jeden Fall von Vorteil und werde ich absolut empfehlen. Wenn du auf Party aus bist ist es sicher weder für dich noch für die anderen Gäste der richtige Ort. Außer du willst nach der Party ruhig schlafen können. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, jedoch nicht aufdringlich. Es wirkt sehr familiär und ich kann es nur empfehlen. An dieser Stelle vielen Dank an das @Samui Haus Team Elvis

Great beach location, rooms adequate. This is a quiet and calm area, untouched by the party scene and traffic. Staff very friendly. You will have the clean beach to yourself and there is a pleasant beach bar just a minute away. Moms kitchen over the road a short walk away serves great meals in a spotless facility. Access to the main road and hustle and bustle is just minutes away. We did not order lunch or dinner here but they do offer food.

Wir waren dort drei Nächte und dachten wir wären im Paradies .Der Gartenbungalow war mit seiner Dusche draußen mein Highlight.Die Anlage ist generell sehr schön und man kann dort super entspannen,da dort kaum Touristen waren. Der Pool war auch super. Das Personal hat sich super um unsere Belange wie buchen der Fähre nach Koh Tao gekümmert und uns auch so bei Fragen immer geholfen.Frühstück ist a la carte und man könnte immer nach Bestellen. Gegenüber ist auch noch ein kleiner Supermarkt wo man auch sich Sachen zum Essen kaufen konnte. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Koh Samui kommen, dann wieder zum erholen und abschalten ins @Samui Haus.

Very quite family run resort. Had the seaview room and it was great. This resort is small and away from the noise of the party scene. If you are looking for a romantic getaway without having to deal with the lady boys and hookers this is a great spot;)

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who just wants to relax and do nothing. It’s located near to lipa noi Peer where you can take raja ferry (which I would recommend over lomprayah btw) to get to Surat Thani. The hotel has a really nice pool and we enjoyed swimming there in the evening, listening to the oceans waves. The room was comfortable and looked good. The only thing I was a bit disappointed of was the bathroom, it just looked kinda old. But the staff was so friendly and everything else so beautiful that I did not really care at the end! There are some restaurants and cafes nearby where you can have all kinds of good food. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back again! :)

Great quiet location on the water in Samui which is perfect to relax and decompress. The staff were super amazing and provided a complimentary upgrade after my booked room had a slight cigarette smell.

AirAsiaのパッケージツアーで着くリパノイ埠頭から徒歩でも２０分程度。 オーナーと交渉すれば埠頭までの送迎も対応してくれる。 ベッドは少し硬かったが広さに不満は無い。 ビーチは静かだしファミリーでゆっくりするには良かった。 徒歩5分の所にファミリーマートも有るので、不便も無し。

Beautiful rooms and property, they had good attention to detail.. even bathrobes and slippers. All the staff were friendly and fun. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. The breakfast was very good too. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful quite resort, it was the perfect place ty to end off our busy Thailand vacation.

Väldig trevlig personal och fint hotellområde. Vi var ute efter ett lugnt boende, vilket det absolut är. Med det menas väldigt lugnt, när solen går ner vid 19 finns i stort sett ingenting att göra och knappt några människor alls rör sig i närheten. Men mysigt poolområde och fin strand.

Was excited for this property but my partner and I were pretty disappointed. The room had a strong musty smell (garden view ), they didn't dust the headboard or the towel rack. The restaurant service was really bad they took a long time with our simple order. Also, There was not too many restaurants near by or anything to do. Also, it's a pretty far drive to anything exciting. The owner was really friendly and he always had a smile on his face.

Don’t stay anywhere else but Samui Haus!!
The most beautiful bungalow right one arguably one of the best beaches in Koh Samui. Away from all the busy crowded beaches, we could step out from our bungalow and into the gorgeous crystal clear water. Truly an amazing stay with the best staff. Will be back!

Chillen am einsamen Strand von Lipa Noi
Hotel liegt wunderschön etwas abseits in der Lipa-Bucht. Richtung Süden kommt so gut wie nichts mehr außer einem Militärstützpunkt (zu unserer Zeit keine Aktivitäten zu bemerken), Richtung Norden ganz vereinzelte Resorts und Restaurants. Die gesamte Bucht ist dennoch praktisch menschenleer. Zum Hotel selbst: Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Seaview-Bungalows haben ein kleines Tauchbecken auf der Terrasse. Pool ist sehr schön angelegt mitten in der Anlage. Meerzugang ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da nach einigen Metern der Untergrund sehr schlickig wird. Dies ist ein paar Meter weiter nördlich dann nicht mehr der Fall, aber dafür hatte es dort dann leider einige Quallen. Personal ist fantastisch. Angefangen von der unglaublich bemühten Managerin, die uns am Ende sogar mit dem eigenen Wagen in unsere nächste Unterkunft brachte, über die resolute, aber herzliche Köchin bis hin zur absolut gechillten Bedienung waren alle einfach nur überaus freundlich. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: der Strand ist zwar öffentlich, aber trotzdem würde es den Gesamteindruck weiter aufwerten, wenn auf den paar Metern vor der Anlage hin und wieder der angeschwemmte Müll eingesammelt werden würde. Auch in der Anlage selbst finden sich immer wieder Planen oder Reste von kaputten Liegen, die da nicht sein müssten. Beeinträchtigt nicht wirklich, stört aber ein bisschen den ansonsten hervorragenden Eindruck.

Fint opphold, men ikke forvent for mye for prisen!
Vi hadde et supert opphold, og synes det var deilig at hotellet lå på en nær sagt folketom strand. Stranden var dessverre ikke særlig ok å bade fra, da det både var en del søppel, og også annet som naturlig skylles opp fra havet. Så tross ingen bading, var det deilige dager. Hotellet framstår som finere på bildene enn hva som faktisk er tilfellet, og særlig badet var i dårlig stand. Samtidig, hotellet er billig, det er gratis å låne sykler og kayak, senga var som på andre hotell, og det er flere spisesteder i nærheten som løftet oppholdet. Sjekk ut Mango Tree restaurant og Think cafe.

We used to stay at crowdy Chaweng but this is the opposit. Quit, very friendly people and time to relax. Really feels as Boeing there as a frend of the Thai family who owns the resort since 4 years

What's good: friendly and nice owners, nice staff over all. Also a positive if you want to get away from civilisation, go there. It's really quiet and nice except for one thing that ruined that for them. They got 2 dogs that won't stop barking. Really annoying. When it comes to the service. There was me and this other small family in the restaurant. I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for my Pad Thai to be served. The beach was hardly a beach, so don't go there if you expect a nice beach. The pool was clean and nice though if that's what one prefer. The has free bicycles which was a plus.

Hotellet var bra och personalen trevlig, men på grund av vädret och situationen på stranden, kan jag inte ge vistelsen toppbetyg. Rummet var fint och poolen är bra. Hotellet är precis vid havet. Jag ville vara på en lugn strand, men detta var kanske ännu mer isolerat än vad jag hade tänkt mig. Det finns en trevlig restaurang och bar bredvid och det finns enstaka andra hotell längs stranden, men i övrigt är det väldigt dött i området. Uppe längs vägen finns några restauranger till, men utan bil eller moppe får man räkna med att ligga på stranden och vid poolen i princip hela tiden. Och det hade jag gärna gjort, men det regnade nästan hela tiden och det hade blåst in väldigt mycket skräp på stranden så att det inte gick att bada där alls. Stranden är även normalt sett inte lika fin som på andra delar av ön, men detta var ju lite extremt (och förhoppningsvis ovanligt?). Vi hade bil och kunde därför hitta på annat, men om man inte har det bör man hitta en väldigt solsäker period att resa och kanske inte ha alltför höga förväntningar på stranden. Vi flyttade sedan till ett annat hotell högre upp på ön och detta var både billigare, bättre och mer praktiskt på alla sätt.

Peaceful hotel on Lipa Noi Beach
Stayed a week at @Samui Haus at Lipa Noi Beach. It was a quiet place and we had the beach to ourselves almost every day. The family that runs the hotel is very nice and helpful. There are small restaurants along the beach and lots of fishing boats. The water is shallow and there is not much waves, so swimming is good. We also enjoyed using the hotel's kayaks and bikes for free to explore the local neighbourhood.The nearest Seven Eleven is 1 km away, but there is a little shop close to the hotel where you can buy snacks. I will come back one day if I have the chance!

Quiet resort on a peaceful beach
The pool rooms are spacious and well appointed. The on-site kitchen is capable and the service generally excellent. The bar stocks an extensive collection of brews. Perfect for a quiet vacation, but not for nightlife-centric plans as Chaweng and Lamai are easily half an hour away by taxi.

OK hotel, close to a beach with mud
The hotel is right on the beach but the beach is no good, as it is full of mud. It is an OK place to stay if you have your own transportation. One example - it takes around one hour from the hotel to the airport.

Très satisfait de notre séjour à l’hôtel, personnel gentil et disponible. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Jolie vue sur la plage, jardins et abords de la piscine très agréables. Quartier très tranquille, idéal pour se reposer loin du tumulte de Chaweng. Peu de restaurants à proximité mais ceux qui sont là font très bien l'affaire et l'hôtel dispose aussi de son propre restaurant (large choix de cuisine thaï). Seul point négatif, les odeurs dans la salle de bain quand on prend sa douche, mais les autres aspects positifs font oublier ce détail.

매우 조용합니다. 하지만 주변에 할것이 아무것도 없습니다. 차웽비치처럼 해변이 크고 이쁘지 않아요. 방 에어컨도 약해서 너무 더웠습니다. 수압도 약하구요.

Hotel położony jest przy małej i niezbyt atrakcyjnej plaży. Dookoła praktycznie nic nie ma. Mimo, iż dość trudno do niego dojechać, hotel oferuje transfery w cenach wyższych niż taksówki. Wynajęliśmy domek z widokiem na morze. Domek przestronny, bardzo ładnie urządzony, czysty. Dobrze działające wifi. W restauracji hotelowej smaczne owoce morza z grilla. Śniadanie słabe. Właściciele bardzo mili, w miarę możliwości pomocni. Do dyspozycji gości rowery, którymi można np. podjechać na zakupy spożywcze i kajaki. Dobre miejsce dla osób, które cenią spokój.

Excellent séjour pour le calme et la détente, avec mise à disposition de vélo pour visiter les environs. Loin de l'agitation des autres secteurs de l'île comme Chaweng, lamai ou bophut, nous avons apprécié pour 4 jours l'hospitalité naturelle des propriétaires thaïlandais, le nombre réduit des bungalows, la vue sur la baie, la longue plage, la piscine et le charme naturel de son restaurant de plage le soir.
