ottimo hotel sulla spiaggia
Salve a tutti, la mia esperienza sulla spiaggia di chaweng noi è stata positiva , sarà complice il periodo di bassa stagione per le ferie (europei) ma sulla spiaggia si stava veramente bene con poca gente e lettini sempre disponibili.

Eccellente resort sul mare
La struttura posizionata sulla spiaggia di Chaweng Noi, rappresenta la soluzione ideale per famiglie e coppie. Sviluppata su area piuttosto vasta, circondata da giardini e folta vegetazione, ha risposto perfettamente alle esigenze della nostra coppia sia per i servizi che per la posizione. La gentilezza del personale, tipica in Thailandia, non ha che migliorato il giudizio sulla nostra permanenza.

Hotel gestito malissimo
al nostro arrivo ci hanno proposto un bungalow superior completamente diverso da quello prenotato sia dalla foto di hotel.com che da quello della struttura, in posizione collinare, vecchio e maleodorante è pieno di muffa. Alla nostra protesta, una signora molto maleducata, come tutto il personale della reception, ci ha proposto di cambiarla con un supplemento di 500 Bath al giorno che, abbiamo dovuto accettare, per non rivinarci le vacanze, visto che rimanevamo la una settimana! Contattate sia durante che al nostro ritorno Hotel.com non abbiamo ancora ricevuto una risposta in merito, visto che anche le informazioni da loro fornite sono state inattendibili. Per la struttura sconsiglio vivamente soprattutto da come è gestita ultimamente senza alcun responsabile che controlla l'operato degli addetti (e noi sono parecchi anni che soggiorniamo qui) e per quanto riguarda Hotel.com per la valutazione sono in attesa di ricevere almeno una risposta.

grazioso praticamente sul mare .
quello che mi aspettavo , visto che già avevo soggiornato in questo hotel. albergo di buona qualità ,potrebbe migliorare in alcune cose sicuramente trascurabili ma che fà sempre piacere avere per esempio i vari kit da bagno che offfrono altri hotel. che dire è situato forse sulla spiaggia più bella di koh samui il personale è gentile anche se certe volte farsi capire quando si ordina una cosa diversa dal menù fanno fatica a capire ma cmq tutto accettabile.le stanze sono pulite e l'albergo è tenuto in maniera egregia offrendo un bellissimo colpo d'occhio ai clienti. forse il prezzo è un pò altino visto che cmq siamo in thailandia dove il costo della vita media è molto più basso del nostro .

Ottimo resort
consiglio a tutti questo resort, la nostra stanza era confortevole e in ottima posizione, in pochi secondi eravamo in piscina e in 2 minuti sulla spiaggia con tanto di lettini, bar etc. Anche la colazione era buona e per gli spostamenti verso la città si poteva tranquillamente muoversi in taxi a tariffe agevoli.

Ottimo relax a due passi dal mare cristallino!
Hotel ottimo per la posizione, perchè direttamente sul mare (spiaggia di Chaweng Noi Beach), e lontano dal "caos" di Chaweng (che dista circa 2 km). L'attrezzatura della spiaggia è purtroppo un po' carente (pochi lettini ed ombrelloni rispetto al numero di ospiti che la struttura può ricevere) e datata. In un paio di occasioni la camera è stata pulita nel tardo pomeriggio: la prima volta eravamo già dentro, ed abbiamo rinunciato (facendoci dare solo gli asciugamani puliti), mentre nella seconda siamo usciti di nuovo per lasciare la camera al personale di servizio.

Buon compromesso
Ottima struttura, situata sulla parte della spiaggia più bella. Immersa nel verde e molto tranquilla. Non vicinissima al centro di Chaweng, ma raggiungibile in taxi con pochi bath. L'unica cosa che per me e mia moglie è stata negativa, la colazione, non molto fornita, per le abitudini di noi italiani. Nel ristorante non abbiamo mai mangiato quindi non posso dare un giudizio. Per finire, consiglio questo albergo, rispetto ad altri alberghi vicini, sulla spiaggia di Chaweng Noi, che ci avevano proposto in agenzia, ma a mio avviso di qualità inferiore.

Bellissima spiaggia, ideale per coppie
Sono stato 9 giorni al Fair House con la mia ragazza. Spiaggia fantastica, distante circa 10/15min a piedi dal centro (casino) di Chaweng (se non volete camminare ci sono i tuk-tuk che vi portano con 2/3€). In queto modo potrete godere la pace e il silenzio ma essere comunque vicini alla movida notturna. Non male la colazione, abbondante e completa. Non ho mai cenato nel ristorante dell'albergo ma altri ospiti hanno detto che non è conveniente come qualità/prezzo. In compenso di sono piccole trattorie sulla strada che porta a Chaweng che con 4€ a coppia mangi degli ottimi piatti thailandesi. Consigliata la protezione 40/50. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose e i letti comodi. Wifi gratuito solo nella hall e non nel resto del villaggio dove manca proprio il segnale.

Lovely resort with most staff being very polite and helpful. Only negative was that the service can often be very slow around the pool bar and some pool bar staff were lacking the welcoming Thailand smile. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was big and airy, the bathroom modern, bed comfortable and room kept clean by housekeeping. We loved the beach, it’s cleanliness, size and the clear, calm water in which we swam every day. The buffet was nice, the coffee there was excellent. The hotel was near restaurants outside the property whete we could go for non-touristy food. The property was not blasting music all day and we were able to be on a part of the beach where we didn’t hear the bar music. At night there was audible music from our balcony ( the balcony was great) but they turned it off at a decent hour. The staff were super fast with the cart to take us to the beach or reception area (we were up on a hill with a fantastic view worth having to use a cart) All in all a wonderful stay. Would go there again. Very relaxing.

Teething issues post covid.
The hotel is just coming back after COVID. The room was clean each day, but a bit tired with the shower door broken, our friends room's AC not working on day one and not effective on the remainder of the days. Not all facilities are up and running, e.g. the top pool was open, but no lights for at night, beach chairs are okay, but many are broken so they ran out a number of times. The restaurant staff were generally ineffective, a couple were fantastic, but a few had literally no idea what to do and were simply rude. The gym has some good equipment, but no towels and was never cleaned, AC didn't work and it was pretty gross working out in there. I'm sure it will all work out soon as they get back to their old selves, but it definitely wasn't what we expected looking at their instagram... those pictures are glossy... The gardens and setting is all lovely and it will be fine once they get their groove. It is definitely not what you would expect at a 4 star hotel.

Must stay!
The experience of Fair house was amazing. When we were booking the hotel we were not sure due to the star rating of the resort. I feel the resort is great value for money. Its right on the beach, we were accommodated in a family room facing the pool and the beach was hardly 2 mins walk from our room. The hotel even has a beach massage service where you can relax. The food at the restaurant was also of good quality and delicious. The breakfast was 5 star there was almost everything you need and the staff was very helpful asking us to bring anything if there is anything missing or if there is any special request. The only downside was the wifi and language issues where some of the staff members are not able to understand the requirement.

Для майского отдыха на Самуи выбрали The Fair House Beach Resort & Hotel + цена (самый бюджетный отель на пляже Чавенг Ной) + прекрасный чистый пляж + шикарная территория отеля - старые номера - встретили таракана ванной комнате в первый день отдыха - скудный выбор на завтраке - рядом практически негде поесть, нужно идти вдоль проезжей части до ближайшего кафе Если вам не важна атмосфера в номере, наличие кафешек рядом и хочется съездить бюджетно - это хороший вариант с учетом шикарного пляжа и приятной территории.

Wir waren im Premier Room und es gibt a solut nichts auszusetzen. Wir waren in den Jahren davor auch im Delux-zimmer oder im Superior Zimmer und es war immer gut. Immer wieder gerne...

Wunderbare Lage, der Hang mit den Zimmern und Appartements ist eine gut gepflegter Dschungel, 2 Pools, 1 Strandbar und 1 Restaurant mit Der Möglichkeit direkt am Strand Abends zu essen und natürlich ein Bilderbuch - Sandstrnd mitkostenloswn Liegen und Schirmen. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr gute Betten und ein Bad mit großer Dusche. Alles nicht mehr ganz neu, aber in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Rigtig flot hotel men ville ikke selv vælge dem.
De prøvede desværre at snyde os til en Normal bongalow istedet for en Delux-bongalow. Jeg spurgte flere gange om de var sikker på det var en delux hvor de svaret ja. Første da jeg truet med og ringe til Hotels.com så fik vi vores rigtige bongalow en halv dag for sent. Rigtig flot hotel med smukke palmer, gågange og haver.

Очень красивое место
Отель в целом понравился, огромнейшая территория, очень зеленая вся в деревьях, живёшь как будто в тропическом саду, по деревьям и пальмам прыгают белки, по дорожкам ползают большие красивые улитки и прочая живность. Идеальнейший пляж Чавег Ной, ещё один огромный плюс этого отеля, но нужно уитывать, что в пешей доступности мало что есть, это не центральный Чавенг. Но пляж и море здесь это перекрывают. Несколько корпусов и бунгало. Есть как со свежим ремонтом так и старенькие, как номера так и бунгало. 2 бассейна но не большие. Цены в ресторане и пляжном баре дороговаты, в соседнем отеле в 2 раза дешевле. Мы брали номер в корпусе от дороги на пляж, на перво этаже с выходом сразу на улицу с небольшой терраской. Номер в целом очень не плохой, но кондиционер холодит очень не очень) если кто любит чтоб было прям холодно как в местных супермаркетах то у нас такого не было, вызывали техника, но он сказал что это нормальная работа, сильнее холодить он не может. Персонал приветлив. Завтрак средний. Но всегда есть что покушать, правда кофе и чай ужасные. В нашем номере была как ванна с гидромассажем, правда он не работал, так и большая душевая. Пляж очень красивый тихий и уютный, с нависающими над ним деревьями. Так как территория большая, по гостинице возят на гольф карах.

Super schönes Hotel mit viel Grünanlage direkt am Meer. Es wurde alles immer sauber gehalten - Strand, Pool, Wege. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Würde das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen!
