“ゆったりと泊まれる一棟貸しで、周囲も静か。トランポリンやハンモックに、子どももはしゃいでいました。キッチンの設備は十分過ぎるほど。キッチンペーパーの持参は必須です。気になったのは、地下浴室周辺のカビとほこり。ガレージの蜘蛛の巣もすごくて、最初ビビりました。”

“Struttura non corrispondente a quanto visto in foto. Finestre cieche. Non è con vista bosco, ma vista strada statale con traffico rumoroso anche di notte. Assenza di segnale 4G e anche di Wi-Fi. Una vera fregatura”

“La dimensione della stanza era ben superiore alla media delle strutture giapponesi. C'è una sala comune al piano terra molto comoda per mangiare o anche solo svagarsi. Il terrazzo liberamente visitabile gode di un'ottima vista del monte Fuji. Le lavatrici a gettoni erano di qualità superiore all norma. Il personale era gentilissimo e disponibile.”

“Staff was great. Just disappointed with all the construction and power outages so we couldn’t use all amenities. The amusement park needs more maintenance and gardening care. The shuttle was good but wished more connections with local festivities and programs and run longer in the evening for peak hotel season.”

“We stayed 3 days in this hotel while visiting Mount Fuji on our first trip in Japan. Everything was perfect, clean and inviting. The staff is charming, prompt to help anytime you ask them. (We needed to know more about the luggage transfer service). We loved our room as much bigger than our Tokyo one.
