“I didn't sleep for 36 hours and didn't had food for 12 hours when arrived late in the afternoon at Shera Hotel and Banquet Navi Mumbai. Totally exhausted i expressed this towards the manager and staff. They acted at once, unburden me, ordered food for me, and settled me in my room. “The people at the reception is very polite and helpful. The room is sufficient big and is very comfortable and well cleaned also if the Hotel is beside a very traffic road all is very quiet. The Hotel has a restaurant at buffet or a la carte at the end is better the buffet also the breakfast in the morning has a lot of possibilities with continental and specially with Indian food”

Limited availability of reception staff at front desk. I have to leave without checkout. My friend did the checkout later on. Booked for three night but end up staying one night only. The remaining stay was not refunded. I booked through Expedia and no one from the hotel helped and said simply contact Expedia. I do not recommend this at all. ”
