  • Aloha e benvenuto nel nostro condominio recentemente ristrutturato nel soleggiato Poipu, Kauai. Questa unità privata con una camera da letto ben tenuta è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia !!!

    Puoi rilassarti sul lanai mentre ti godi la splendida vista sull'oceano. È perfetto per le coppie e ottimo per la tua luna di miele.

    Il soggiorno ha una splendida vista sui giardini e sulla piscina.

    Puoi ascoltare le onde dell'oceano dalla camera da letto di notte o rilassarti sul Lanai con Beautiful Ocean View's. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con stufa standard da 30 'e forno a microonde. Nuova TV LCD da 40 pollici con canali HD per il tuo divertimento in salotto. Inoltre, ho appena installato un nuovo televisore da 27 pollici nella camera da letto. Tutte le TV hanno un lettore Blue Ray

    Ci sono due spiagge sabbiose dall'altra parte della strada. Nuotare con le tartarughe marine e osservare le balene e le foche monache si trova a 100 piedi dal condominio. Oppure, puoi rilassarti a bordo piscina circondato da giardini tropicali mentre ascolti i suoni della vicina cascata. L'area barbecue è disponibile per il tuo divertimento completa con tavoli da picnic.

    Ci sono una varietà di ristoranti eccezionali nella zona di Poipu. I negozi sono a pochi minuti di distanza nel centro storico di Koloa o nel villaggio commerciale di Poipu. Non dimenticare di visitare Spouting Horn e il Giardino Botanico a pochi passi. A pochi minuti è il golf, il tennis e l'equitazione. Al porto di Kukuiula ci sono immersioni in mare aperto, tour oceanici, vela e pesca sportiva.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prince Kuhio 213 has everything one needs to enjoy Kauai. The kitchen is well stocked, AC is nice at night for comfortable sleep and furniture is comfortable. There is a nice breeze that blows through the condo making it very comfortable during the day without AC. There is a nice view of Prince Kuhio Park and the ocean from the lanai. The only negative from my point of view is uncomfortable chairs on the lanai. It was difficult to sit on the lanai for long periods because of the chairs.

Anniversary getaway

This property was perfect! The front and back views are fantastic. The beach is just across the street and was great for snorkeling. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bbq area was great. The pool was clean and quiet.

Beautiful condo great location

Enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as the pictures showed in the listing. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai while watching the sun rise over a mountain to my left and the waves from the ocean to my right. Sunset was a very short walk to the beach. Perfect location to travel around the south and west side of the island.

Fantastic Condo and Location

The condo is fantastically stocked. There were coffee filters and other things needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, tons of beach items and coolers. Also really liked having our own washer and dryer in the unit. The pool and location is awesome.

Great Location

The view was great of the oven and loved spending time on the deck for breakfast and dinner. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen had double of everything. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was peaceful for just seating and reading a book. The office had a scale so we could weigh our bags.

AMAZING!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for my cousin's wedding close by, and I cannot believe how perfect this condo was for the occasion! They had everything you need at your fingertips, across the street from the water and one of the best restaurants on the island, it was honestly everything we could have asked for. Great home base for anniversary island adventure

Had a very memorable stay at our Prince Kuhio condo. Comfortable amenities, and it was pleasant to see all of the included items in the unit: especially the Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrella and the boogie boards. So nice! Really enjoyed going home to it each night, and waking up to roosters crowing each morning. Thank you!

Great stay

Beautiful complex and condo. Condo was equipt anticipating all needs. Host's personal artwork was displayed throughout, a great adddition to beautifful decor. Close to all south shore destinations and the airport. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Cozy rental in great location

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great and the apartment was clean with an ocean view from the back balcony. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use. The only drawback was that the pool closes at sunset. Given that the sun went down at 6 o’clock that was really unfortunate and unexpected as most other places we have stayed have pools that are open until 9 or 10pm.

Amazing views to be had with tranquil mornings

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect apartment with an amazing view of the ocean right off the bedroom. Every morning was spent on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrises while watching the parrots fly off to the mountains. The location was great as well, close to some action but far enough away we felt like there was seclusion. The historic park next door was beautiful as well. Inside there was everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. They had items we could use for fun in the ocean as well as entertainment for a night in. All in all this was a great place to stay and well worth the price.

The grounds were very nice (pool) ponds. Condo well furnished. A little dated but nice. Front door should have an extra deadbolt, didn't feel verty secure. A couple nights some kids would run and bang on all the doors. (PARENTS??) Overall very pleased with our stay. Would book there again.

The condo was very clean, extremely well stocked with everything needed and more! We enjoyed listening to the waves at night and the 'parakeet show' at sunset and sunrise was awesome! Grounds were very well kept as well, and we enjoyed a dip in the pool at the end of the day before heading across the street for sunset. We will definitely return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time here. Unfortunately, there was a ridiculous rain storm that flooded the basement and the hot water heater. We did not have hot water the last three days. Other than that, our stay was great and the house was well furnished with beach equipment including chairs, coolers and umbrellas. I especially liked all of the containers to store food. The location is unbelievable.
