Natural light comes through sliding glass doors into this bright one-bedroom, one-bath home, which has two beds for up to four guests. The full kitchen and formal dining table make it easy to eat in, while the private lanai faces the gardens. Portable air-conditioning units serve the bedroom and loft, and a washer and dryer are included. The condo sits beside the main road.



Guest Access:

Guests at Kahala enjoy access to the communal pool, hot tub, and outdoor pool within the landscaped Poipu Kai grounds. A BBQ grill area, garden or backyard space, and private entrance with a lit path round out the shared amenities. The setting is near the ocean and close to shopping and museums.



The Neighborhood:

Less than a mile from both Poipu Beach and Brennecke's Beach, this location lets you choose the water based on the mood of the day. Bring a mask to Poipu for a snorkel, or head to Brennecke's for surf watching and bodysurfing when conditions allow. The pool and tennis court add nearby alternatives, while Koloa offers dinner and errands a short drive away. Spouting Horn is an easy family outing for a look at the rugged South Shore coast. It is well suited to guests who want beach time to stay front and center.



Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away, a pretty drive across Kauai's south shore. A rental car is recommended to reach Poipu's beaches, Koloa town's shops, and nearby dining with ease. Old Koloa Town is walkable for boutiques and restaurants, while beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site or in small lots around town.

Please note: The condo is located near a road, so some traffic and road noise can be heard, particularly at certain times of day. Guests who are sensitive to noise should take this into consideration when booking.
