Il nostro bellissimo Condo di lusso appena arredato è situato al Regency @ Poipu Kai Resort. Si tratta di uno dei pochi di proprietà di aria condizionata, sull'isola di Kauai. Il nostro condominio è al 2 ° e 3 ° piano con una fantastica vista della catena montuosa. Il resort è situato a pochi passi a diverse spiagge di classe mondiale tra cui spiaggia del naufragio, Brenneckes Beach e Poipu Beach che li il luogo ideale per qualsiasi gruppo o dimensione famiglia fa. Se avete bambini più piccoli per il viaggio non troverete una spiaggia per bambini più perfetta della piccola spiaggia formata tra le spiagge di Brennecke e Poipu. Protetto dal surf da un affioramento roccioso naturale e caratterizzato da una spiaggia molto bassa e leggermente in pendenza, i bambini si divertiranno tantissimo!

This property was excellent for our family. It was everything that was advertised & more. The rug sheds so the vacuum was a real asset, might want to consider a stronger vacuum. Would definitely come back.

This is a fabulous location within walking distance to the beach, Moir gardens, etc. The pool and hot tub were also lovely. Beautiful grounds and beautiful area!

Family trip

Myself, husband, two children (age 11) and both sets of grandparents visited Kaua’i for the first time. The condo was spacious and worked well for the number of family members we had. Our only issue was the wireless internet. When I contacted the owner, she did her best to get the situation fixed.

Family time in Poipu

4 adult couples and two infants. Great condo. Would highly recommend. Lots of chairs, umbrellas and water toys available for use. Kitchen amply supplied with cooking gear. Nice big dining table. Upstairs loft/bedroom is very nice with privacy screen, but should be taken into consideration if a couple is planning on staying in that space. All bedrooms had king beds! Would stay here again with our family and close to the beach.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect for our family of seven. It was very clean and well stocked, within walking distance to Poipu Beach where we all got to have a puka dog, and a five minute drive to old town Koloa. The owner was prompt to respond to any questions we might have. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Poipu home

Jennifer's home in Poipu was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house was exactly as described, well-equipped, spacious, clean, with cool A/C, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location close to Poipu beaches could not be better. Jennifer was very responsive, answering all of our questions, and helping us to plan our activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Great Condo Near Beaches

I would highly recommend this condo in south Kauai. It was very clean and in a perfect location within walking distance to multiple beaches and a beautiful hiking trail. It was also well stocked and the beds were super comfortable.

Great Condo at Poipu Kai

This is our second multi-generational family trip and stay at the Regency at Poipu Kai. The condo was great, it had everything we needed for our trip. The only (very nominal) downside was the unit was along the main road, which we didn't realize, but that didn't detract from the location or the trip at all. We would stay again!

Family Spring Break Get-Together

Great place and great location. Could easily walk to back to see sunrise/sunset, turtles, Monk seals. Excellent restaurant/bar with awesome happy hour pricing and pickle ball courts also just a couple minutes walk.

Family Friendly for Large Groups

Well-maintained 2nd floor condo with dual balconies. Convenient location for day trips to both sides of the island. Walking distance to multiple beaches (Poipu, Brennecke, Shipwreck). Enough space for our family of 10. Well-appointed with air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, sizable dining table and sectional, comfortable beds and pillows, even a high chair and pack ‘n play for young children. Well-stocked with thick bath towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and detergent. The balcony closet provides a wagon, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, floaties, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, and sports gear. Seamless check-in and check-out processes. The host Jennifer is highly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The street noise and small hot water heater posed only minor inconveniences. We enjoyed staying here and would love to come back and stay here again.

The conditions of the property met or exceeded our expectations based upon the listing. The only factor we would consider before renting this again or recommending it would be the fact it is located adjacent to a busy street/intersection. It was quiet at night but noisy otherwise.

Loved this condo

Our group (8 adults) enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. Very clean and plenty of space for us. Loved being able to walk to the beach and several bars/restaurants. Plenty to do in the area also.
